No Exchanges or Returns

Any returned products must be destroyed. If we were dealing with clothing or widgets, returns would not be an issue; however, herb formulas to be consumed are a different story. We would not be comfortable shipping a product to you that has been out of our control; therefore, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges of opened or unopened bottles of herbs.

We do offer a limited "money-back" guarantee at our discretion.  We provide high quality herb formulas as described. We cannot guarantee that herbs will work the way you are hoping any more than your pharmacist can guarantee that a pharmaceutical will work for you, or accept returned medications. Obviously, if we make an error in your order we will exchange the incorrect formula for the one that you ordered and pay for the returned item shipment.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued immediately if we are unable to ship your item as described in a timely manner or if the order has been backordered and you do not want to wait on re-stocking.  We strive to ship items to you based on our strict standards, however, if the item is found not to meet the standards of Quality Assurance, you will be issued a prompt refund once the returned item is inspected and approved for a refund.  A credit will automatically be applied based on your original method of payment. 

 

Exceptions

We will not ship a product that you did not order without explicit instructions given from you. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@remedies-from-nature.com.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 557 Sudbrook Lane; Pikesville, Maryland  United States 21208. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
